I cannot say enough good things about getting my puppy through Sapphire Heelers. About a month ago I started looking on here for ACD puppies and found a beautiful litter from a breeder, Mrs. Harris. I spoke with her on the phone, and she was great, answering all my questions. I set up an appointment to visit as soon as I could. I was 99% sure Scooter was the puppy for us, but they let us visit with all the puppies in the litter, including the Mother and Grandmother of the pups! I was skeptical at first since we had to deposit, but decided to trust their process and was not disappointed. He came home basically potty trained and is the most social and well-behaved puppy. All of the puppies looked great—they were raised with children, and their farm is beautiful! Scooter had been vet-checked before we got him and passed our vet check with flying colors! I would not hesitate to get another puppy from them in the future. I am very happy with the experience.

I can’t recommend Sapphire Heelers highly enough! We have two puppies from them, and they are absolute delights—healthy, happy, and so well socialized. They’re inquisitive little bundles of fun and an absolute credit to the professional and loving way Sapphire Heelers goes about their business of breeding. If you are considering owning a Heeler, you really cannot go wrong with them.

We received our ACD, Lady, from Sapphire Heelers. She has been such a great addition to our family. She loves being playful with the children but is also loving and enjoys cuddling next to us in the evening. She is a quick learner. Potty trained well, is a quick learner and training easily for other commands. I came across Sapphire Heelers on Google. Rosa was so wonderful with communication and accommodated well with getting Lady to us. Lady had to be flown to us, and Rosa made sure everything was in order and that she would be safe on the flight to us. When she arrived, Lady was in perfect health, clean, and happy. Rosa was great about answering all of our questions, getting back to us in a timely manner, and followed up with us to be sure all went well and to be sure Lady was doing well with the transition. I would recommend her and Sapphire Heelers to anyone that wanted a healthy family pet! They are great people and wonderful to work with.

Hello, Rosa was a blessing to our family this year. You made our dream come true. To God we never believed you were going to ship the baby to us considering the distance. Also because we had fallen into the hands of frauds a while back, so my husband said this would be the last time that we are sending money upfront. I just wanted to drop a note and let you know how great Oreo (Dylan renamed him) is doing. He’s adjusted really well and loves all the attention! We’ve only had one accident so far. He’s learned to go to the backdoor when he wants to go out and sleeps through the entire night without any issues. He doesn’t mind going up steps, but will not go down, so we’re slowly working on that. I understand it is still his first weeks in his new home. He has a favorite toy and is quite attached to Dylan. I learned that there is a veterinarian on base and have made him an appointment there. I’ve attached a few pictures. I’ll send another update soon. Have a great day!

Sapphire Heelers is Amazing – I really love how you guys handle your clients. You make sure you listen and understand the characteristics a client wants in a puppy and make sure the client is well informed on their chosen puppy and even go as far as giving suggestions on which one to get based on the client's needs to match the right dog with the right family. You are so patient, super friendly, and non-pressuring to your clients. Fell in love with one of your puppies, but my wife and I just had a baby girl lol—I can’t take care of two babies. My friend, however, went ahead with one, and I must say they got exactly what they were told. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a Heeler. Keep up the good work!

My baby just arrived. Thank you for assisting me through this whole process. Linda is right here in my arms, she is looking so strong and full of energy. I am so happy to have this puppy. It has always been my wish to get an ACD pup. Last year, we had to put our French bulldog down, which devastated us, as she was a true part of the family. Over time, we thought about a rescue; however, there are rarely pure breeds anywhere near us. We later learned of this site. We found an ACD pup (Carol but renamed to Willow) that was available. Though not a Frenchie, we fell in love with her. Rosa from Sapphire Heelers was always prompt at returning calls, typically within a day, and was very good at answering our questions and providing information on Willow. She was being raised with her mother, and I drove out to meet her. Rosa was very nice and welcoming, and I had a chance to not only meet Willow but also her mother and siblings. We were unable to take her home that day as we needed to get ‘stuff’—we had donated what we had prior to an animal shelter—so Rosa was nice enough to keep her for about a week or so until we were able to get back. Being home-raised, we did have some concerns about how well she would transition to a new house and how she would be in regards to socialization. Our concerns were completely unfounded—she adapted to the house in no time. Within days, she was all over; we had to block some of the steps as she was up and down those like she had been there forever. And in regards to socialization, there’s not a person nor dog she doesn’t like—she thinks anyone at our house is there for her. She just loves people. We’ve had her since December. She is such a good, sweet dog, and typically, she loves to play—she’ll get a ball and play fetch all day. We started her with some basic agility activities, which she has loved doing. Checkups from our vet have been good; she went through the spay procedure with flying colors and adapted great to our house and family. We’ll recommend Rosa and Sapphire Heelers to anyone—if you see any pups in the future that she may have available

We bought one of the ACDs from your last litter! Our puppy has a great personality, is super soft, and checked out healthy at the vet this past week. We love her so much and highly recommend you get one of these adorable pups before they’re gone!

We are foreigners in the United States from Spain. With our numerous tries to own an ACD, we finally came across Sapphire Heelers, who are just the perfect breeders you will ever want to adopt a puppy from. We have been misled by many breeders trying to own a puppy until my wife found them. We decided to give it one last try, and behold, it paid off. Lilac has been an amazing baby girl from day one. She is so friendly and playful. Because of her friendly nature, we take her along with us anywhere we go, as she doesn’t bark in public. We have been puppy owners for 6 months now. Thank you for seeing us through these months and helping us each time we needed you. It has been the best 6 months of our lives, given our many failed trials to own a puppy. We decided to send this note just to let you know how our first half a year of owning a puppy has been. The feeling has been awesome. Lilac is so intelligent—she is just a genius, taking to every little command. She is just the best. My wife, Elise, and I are happy beings with her.
